Nikki is a Design Manager across several Health & Community Wellbeing Research Centres at Coventry University, specialising in user-centred health technology design. With a background in psychology, social science research methods, and assistive technology, her work focuses on co-creation, usability research, and rapid prototyping. Nikki has extensive experience working with patients, carers, clinicians, and other stakeholders in both UK and international healthcare research projects.
